Order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment. 

Due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC there may be shipping delays with USPS beyond 126 Interiors by Rae Chadon’s control.

126 Interiors by Rae Chadon cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what’s provided through tracking numbers once it is in USPS possession.

Once an item is in transit with USPS, there is no action 126 Interiors by Rae Chadon can take to 

Any delivery issues ( I.E received notification of package delivery but did not receive/see package) should be taken directly to their local post office, as 126 Interiors by Rae Chadon does not manage USPS deliveries  

126 Interiors by Rae Chadon is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
